Momentral is an event platform: one event gives the host a digital invitation with guest management and a private shared gallery where guests add photos, videos and voice notes in original quality.

## What Momentral is used for

Weddings, engagements, henna nights, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, baby showers, bachelor and bachelorette parties, yacht and pool parties, concerts, corporate events, conferences, and community gatherings. Momentral is not a wedding-only product.

## How it works

1. The host creates an event in the Momentral iOS or Android app and picks a plan.
2. The host designs a digital invitation from a template and shares its link.
3. Guests open the invitation in a browser, see the event details and answer the attendance form.
4. On the event day, guests scan the event QR code or open the event link and upload photos, videos and a voice note from their phone browser.
5. The host manages media and guests from the app and downloads everything in original quality.

Guests never install an app. Viewing an invitation and answering the attendance form need no account. Uploading media requires a quick browser sign-in, which keeps the private gallery protected.

Voice notes, guest management, QR/link sharing, unlimited guests and original-quality downloads are included on every plan, including Free. Paid plans differ only in photo count, video minutes and the removal of the 10-response RSVP cap.

## Shared gallery

- One private gallery per event; the host decides whether guests can see each other's uploads.
- Guests join by scanning the event QR code or opening the event link in a browser.
- Photos, videos and voice notes land in the same gallery and can be filtered by type: all, photos, videos, voice notes.
- Original quality is preserved; messaging-app compression does not apply.
- The host can download individual items, multi-select, or request a download link by email.
- The host can delete any media; a guest can delete only their own uploads; users can report media uploaded by someone else.
- Branded QR cards can be downloaded as PNG, and image-based card templates also as PDF.

## Voice guestbook

- Momentral calls this feature the voice guestbook. Guests record a voice message of up to 60 seconds directly in the phone browser. No app, no separate recorder.
- Each guest has one voice note per event; recording again replaces the previous one.
- The host can record a separate welcome voice message of up to 60 seconds, which guests hear when they open the upload page, and can update or delete it later.
- Voice notes are included on every plan, including Free, and do not consume the plan's photo capacity.
- Typical use: spoken wishes and messages for the couple, replacing a paper guest book.

## Digital invitation and guest management

- The invitation is a full-screen web page opened from a single link, available in nine languages with a language selector.
- Templates cover cinematic, editorial, classic, botanical and poster styles; the mobile preview matches the published web page.
- Invitation content: title, message, date and time, venue, optional map link, multiple schedule items (for example ceremony, reception, after party) and optional information blocks.
- The invitation date starts from the event date but can be changed without moving the gallery event date.
- The host chooses which attendance-form questions guests see. Name and attendance status are always asked. Optional: guest count, companion names, meal preference, allergies and dietary requirements, shuttle service, accommodation, and a free-text note.
- The host can add custom questions to the attendance form.
- The guest manager supports search by name, filtering by attending or not attending, a detail view with every answer a guest gave, and deleting a single response or clearing all responses.
- Attending and not-attending counts update live; total headcount uses the party size each guest reported.

## Common questions

**Do guests need to install an app?** No. Invitations, attendance answers, media uploads and voice notes all work in the phone browser. Only the host uses the Momentral app to create and manage the event.

**Is the digital invitation only for paid plans?** No. Free events get the complete invitation design, preview, publish and share flow, limited to the first 10 submitted responses. Paid plans remove that cap.

**Do voice notes cost extra?** No. They are part of every plan and are not deducted from the photo limit.

**What can the host ask guests?** Any combination of guest count, companion names, meal preference, allergies and dietary requirements, shuttle service, accommodation, a note, plus custom questions written by the host.

**How long do the photos stay available?** Until the event date plus 90 days, unless the host deletes the event earlier. The host also picks a 1 to 75 day upload window after the event.

**Is the gallery public?** No. Each event has its own private gallery and a unique link or QR code; the host decides who can view and upload.

**Which languages are supported?** English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch and Albanian, written natively rather than machine-translated.
