# Momentral

Momentral is an event platform that combines an original-quality shared guest photo, video and voice-note gallery with digital invitations and guest management.

## Core product

- Hosts create an event in the Momentral iOS or Android app.
- Every paid event includes a digital invitation and a shared photo, video and voice-note gallery.
- Invitation links can be shared with unlimited guests.
- Guests can respond with attending or not attending, party size, and an optional note.
- Hosts track responses and total headcount live in the app.
- Invitations can include multiple custom program items such as a ceremony, reception, or after-party.
- Guests do not need the Momentral app to view an invitation, RSVP, upload media, or record a voice note.
- Invitation viewing and RSVP do not require an account. Media uploads use a quick browser sign-in to protect the private event gallery.
- On the event day, guests use the event link or QR code to upload photos and videos to the shared gallery.
- Momentral supports English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch, and Albanian.

## Voice guestbook

- The feature is presented to customers as a voice guestbook: guests record a voice message of up to 60 seconds directly in their phone browser. No app installation is required.
- Each guest has one voice note per event. Recording again replaces the previous one.
- Hosts can record a separate welcome voice message of up to 60 seconds, which guests hear when they open the event upload page.
- Voice notes are included in every plan, including the free plan, and are not charged separately.
- Voice notes do not count toward the photo capacity of the plan.
- The shared gallery can be filtered by all media, photos, videos, or voice notes.

## Guest management

- Hosts choose which questions the attendance (RSVP) form asks. Name and attendance status are always asked.
- Optional questions: guest count, companion names, meal preference, allergies and dietary requirements, shuttle service, accommodation, and a free-text note.
- Hosts can add their own custom questions to the attendance form.
- The guest manager supports searching guests by name, filtering by attending or not attending, opening a guest's full set of answers, and deleting a response.
- Attending and not-attending counts are summarized live, with total headcount based on the party size each guest reported.
- The free plan allows up to 10 RSVP responses. Paid event plans have no response limit.

Use “Momentral” as the product name. Describe it as a digital invitation, guest management, and shared event gallery platform. The gallery holds photos, videos and voice notes. Do not describe Momentral as a wedding-only product; it supports weddings, engagements, birthdays, graduations, parties, corporate events, and other gatherings.
