Child Safety

Momentral has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, grooming-related conduct, or any use of the Services that endangers children.

This Policy explains our approach to child safety and our escalation practices where child-exploitative or child-endangering material is suspected.

1. Zero-Tolerance Standard

Users may not use Momentral to upload, store, share, request, promote, facilitate, or access:

• child sexual abuse material

• sexualized or exploitative images of minors

• grooming content

• coercive or exploitative child-related material

• content that endangers the safety, dignity, or well-being of a child

2. Detection and Identification

Momentral may use a combination of:

• automated detection systems

• classification tools

• user reports

• trust and safety review

• internal escalation procedures

• metadata review

• file comparison or hash-based tools, where implemented

to identify suspected child sexual abuse material or child endangerment.

3. Immediate Response Measures

If Momentral becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse material or other child-exploitative content, we may immediately:

• remove the content

• disable access to the content

• suspend related uploads

• suspend or terminate related accounts

• preserve relevant evidence, metadata, and logs

• restrict event access where necessary

• escalate internally for urgent review

4. Reporting and Escalation

Where required by law, or where Momentral determines it appropriate, suspected child-exploitative material or child-endangerment cases may be reported to:

• law enforcement

• child protection authorities

• national reporting hotlines

• specialized organizations authorized to receive such reports

5. Preservation of Records

Where lawful and necessary, Momentral may preserve relevant records, content identifiers, metadata, logs, and enforcement records to:

• comply with legal obligations

• support safety investigations

• cooperate with competent authorities

• prevent repeated abuse

6. User and Organizer Responsibilities

Users, uploaders, and event organizers are responsible for ensuring that any child-related content uploaded to the Services is lawful and properly authorized.

Users must not upload child-related content in violation of law, safety obligations, privacy obligations, or this Policy.

7. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you believe content on Momentral involves:

• child exploitation

• child sexual abuse material

• child grooming

• immediate danger to a child

• unlawful child-related content

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement immediately.

8. Cooperation

Momentral may cooperate with competent authorities, safety organizations, legal processes, and trusted child-safety channels in connection with child-safety matters, subject to applicable law.

9. Policy Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in immediate and permanent enforcement action, including account termination and referral to authorities where appropriate or required.
