Name and attendance are always asked. Everything else is up to you: guest count, companion names, meal preference, allergies and dietary requirements, shuttle service, accommodation and a free-text note.
If your event needs something the list does not cover, add your own custom question. Guests see only the fields you switched on, so the form stays short.
Find any guest in seconds
The guest manager lets you search by name and filter by attending or not attending. Opening a guest shows every answer they gave, including companions and notes.
Attending and not-attending counts update as responses arrive, and the headcount uses the party size each guest reported instead of an estimate.
One link, unlimited invitees
The invitation is a single link you can share on WhatsApp, by message or by email, with no limit on how many people receive it and no app or account for them to set up.
Free events accept the first 10 responses so you can try the full flow. Paid event plans remove that cap and keep the same guest management tools.

Can I see who is coming in real time?
Yes. Responses appear in the guest manager as they arrive, with live attending and not-attending counts and a headcount based on reported party sizes.
Is guest management included in the free plan?
Yes. Free events use the same invitation and guest management flow, limited to the first 10 submitted responses. Paid plans remove that limit.
Can guests leave a voice message?
Yes. The voice guestbook lets each guest record up to 60 seconds in their browser, and the host can leave a spoken welcome. It is included in every plan and does not use your photo capacity.
