Content Policy

Momentral is designed to help users collect and manage event-related photos and videos in a safe, lawful, and respectful way. This Content Policy / Acceptable Use Policy explains what content and behavior are prohibited on the Services.

By using Momentral, you agree that you will not upload, share, store, submit, publish, distribute, promote, or otherwise use the Services for prohibited content or prohibited conduct.

1. Core Rule

You may only use Momentral in a lawful, respectful, and authorized manner. You may only upload or share content if:

• you have the legal right to do so

• the content complies with applicable law

• the content complies with our Terms and policies

• the content does not infringe the rights, privacy, dignity, or safety of others

2. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited on Momentral.

A. Child Sexual Abuse Material and Child Exploitation

You may not upload, store, share, request, promote, or facilitate:

• child sexual abuse material

• sexualized or exploitative images of minors

• content depicting the abuse or exploitation of children

• grooming-related content

• content that endangers a child

This category is subject to immediate escalation and strict enforcement.

B. Non-Consensual Intimate Content

You may not upload or share:

• intimate images or videos of a person without consent

• revenge porn

• hidden-camera or voyeuristic intimate recordings

• sexually explicit material involving coercion or exploitation

C. Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Content

You may not upload:

• explicit sexual acts

• pornography

• graphic nudity primarily intended for sexual gratification

• fetish or exploitative sexual content

Momentral may also restrict other nudity-related content where necessary for legal compliance, user safety, brand protection, or app-platform requirements.

D. Violence, Gore, and Harmful Content

You may not upload:

• graphic violence

• torture

• dismemberment

• severe injury gore

• real-world death or extreme injury content where unlawful, exploitative, or inappropriate

• content glorifying violence or serious harm

E. Weapons and Dangerous Conduct

You may not upload content that:

• threatens violence

• promotes unlawful use of firearms, explosives, or dangerous devices

• glorifies violent wrongdoing

• instructs others in committing violent harm or criminal misuse of weapons

F. Illegal Drugs and Criminal Activity

You may not upload content that:

• promotes illegal drug use, sale, trafficking, or production

• facilitates criminal conduct

• supports unlawful schemes or illegal operations

G. Hate, Harassment, and Abuse

You may not upload or share content that:

• promotes hatred against individuals or groups

• contains slurs or dehumanizing attacks

• harasses, stalks, bullies, humiliates, or threatens others

• exploits or targets vulnerable individuals

H. Privacy Violations

You may not upload content that:

• violates another person’s privacy

• discloses personal data without authorization

• doxxes, blackmails, or extorts

• contains unlawfully recorded private content

• includes hidden-camera material recorded in private contexts

I. Fraud, Spam, and Deceptive Conduct

You may not use Momentral to:

• scam users

• impersonate others

• distribute spam

• manipulate billing, refunds, or event access

• submit false reports in bad faith

• deceive others about the source, ownership, or authenticity of content

J. Intellectual Property Infringement

You may not upload or distribute content that infringes:

• copyright

• trademark

• publicity rights

• database rights

• other proprietary rights

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and share the content they submit.

K. Malware, Technical Abuse, and Platform Interference

You may not:

• upload malicious code

• attempt unauthorized access

• interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the Services

• scrape or exploit the Services in an abusive manner

• use automation in ways not permitted by us

• reverse engineer or probe the Services except where allowed by law

3. Organizer and User Responsibilities

Users and event organizers are responsible for:

• uploading only lawful and authorized content

• ensuring they have necessary permissions and rights

• providing notices or obtaining consents where required

• using appropriate visibility settings

• protecting the privacy of guests and participants

• respecting the rights of people appearing in uploaded content

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Momentral may use automated tools and manual review to assess content for safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, and legal compliance.

We may take one or more of the following actions:

• remove content

• disable access to content

• limit content visibility

• suspend uploads

• restrict features

• suspend accounts

• terminate accounts

• preserve records relevant to safety, disputes, or legal obligations

• report content or conduct to authorities where required or appropriate

5. Serious and Repeat Violations

Serious violations or repeated violations may result in permanent suspension or termination. Attempts to evade enforcement, including creation of replacement accounts or repeated re-uploading of prohibited content, may also result in stronger enforcement.

6. No Guarantee of Pre-Screening

Momentral may not review all content before or immediately after upload. However, we may review content proactively or reactively for moderation, safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and platform integrity.

8. Reservation of Rights

Momentral reserves the right to interpret and enforce this Policy in good faith to protect users, event participants, rights holders, children, and the public, and to comply with legal and platform obligations.

Momentral provides a mechanism for users, guests, rights holders, affected individuals, and authorities to report content that may be illegal, unsafe, infringing, harmful, or in violation of our policies.

This Policy explains how reports may be submitted and how Momentral may respond.

1. What May Be Reported

You may report content or conduct that you believe involves:

• child sexual abuse material or child exploitation

• child endangerment

• non-consensual intimate imagery

• pornography or explicit sexual content

• violent or threatening content

• illegal drug-related content

• hate speech or harassment

• privacy violations

• impersonation

• copyright or other intellectual property infringement

• scams, fraud, or unlawful activity

• any other content that may be illegal or violate our policies

2. Who May Submit a Report

Reports may be submitted by:

• users

• guests

• event participants

• parents or guardians

• rights holders

• affected individuals

• legal representatives

• public authorities or law enforcement

• trusted flaggers or safety organizations, where applicable

3. How to Submit a Report

Reports may be submitted:

• through in-app or in-service reporting features, where available

Where possible, please include:

• the event link, URL, or content identifier

• a description of the issue

• why you believe the content is illegal or policy-violating

• your relationship to the content, if relevant

• any supporting information or evidence

• your contact information, if you want follow-up

4. Review Process

Momentral may review reports using automated tools, human review, or both.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

• assess the reported content

• request additional information

• temporarily limit access during review

• compare the content against our Terms and policies

• consider applicable legal obligations

• preserve content and metadata for investigation or legal reasons

• escalate the matter to internal safety or legal review

5. Prioritization

Momentral may prioritize reports involving:

• child safety

• risk of imminent harm

• non-consensual intimate imagery

• severe privacy violations

• repeated abuse

• credible threats

• serious legal or platform risk

6. Possible Outcomes

After review, Momentral may take one or more of the following actions:

• no action

• warning

• content removal

• content access restriction

• feature limitation

• account suspension

• account termination

• preservation of records

• referral to service providers, rights holders, or authorities where legally justified or required

7. Temporary Restrictions During Review

In some cases, Momentral may temporarily restrict access to content, an event, or an account while a report is under review.

8. False, Abusive, or Bad-Faith Reports

Users may not knowingly submit false, abusive, fraudulent, or retaliatory reports. Abuse of reporting systems may itself result in enforcement action.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property Reports

If you are reporting copyright or intellectual property infringement, please provide sufficient information to identify:

• the protected work or right

• the allegedly infringing material

• the basis of your claim

• your authority to submit the complaint, where relevant

Momentral may request additional information before taking action.

10. Emergency and Child Safety Escalation

If a report concerns child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, immediate danger, or a credible threat of serious harm, Momentral may take immediate action, including:

• urgent removal or restriction

• account suspension

• evidence preservation

• escalation to competent authorities or child-safety organizations where appropriate or required

11. Recordkeeping

Momentral may retain report data, moderation decisions, and related records for a reasonable period to:

• comply with law

• support appeals or disputes

• detect repeat abuse

• improve trust and safety operations
